Walk-In Temp Humidity Chamber or constant temperature wet laboratory

 

Description:

As a critical testing solution for the new energy industry, the walk-in high and low temperature test chamber supports a wide range of environmental reliability tests in accordance with IEC60068, MIL-STD-810F, GJB150A, and GB2423. These include high temperature, low temperature, temperature cycling, rapid temperature change, and high-low temperature alternating humidity and heat exposure.

 

Characteristics:

1.It can adopt integral structure or combination of reservoir plate units, the content area can be arbitrarily expanded and easy to disassemble and assemble

2.The insulating layer adopts high-strength polyurethane (PU) foaming and high-density glass fiber cotton, which can avoid energy loss

3.Multilayer filtration and water replenishing device and automatic water replenishing device. There is no need for manual water addition and automatic water scarcity protection.

4.Cases are equipped with test holes, which can be used for external test power lines or signal lines;

5.Modular refrigeration units can ensure manufacturing quality, and maintenance and replacement are very convenient;

6.Low temperature and continuous effective operation for 1000 hours without frost, and temperature does not return. 

 

Control method and characteristics:

The precision microcomputer temperature and humidity control system utilizes PID regulation of refrigerant flow to optimize heating and humidification reduction. This design achieves low power consumption, energy efficiency, and carbon reduction. With intelligent electronic control for cooling, heating, and humidity, the system delivers reliable, long-term stable performance.

1. Cable Port: Two size of cable port is available: &50mm, &100mm.
